It is my strong belief that the root cause of many physical, mental and emotional illnesses is a disconnect between body, mind, and spirit. We live our lives with little or no awareness of our emotional states and their relation to our daily choices, behaviors and habits. We are oblivious to the dangerous impact of stress. We have lost touch to our Selfs to the point of forgetting the things that bring us joy and make us feel alive. We have forgotten how to breathe, and have therefore become depleted of Prana - the Life Force.

Private Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy by nature is a personalized practice and is conducted one-on-one. It starts with an overview of your lifestyle, a history of your medical conditions, and a conversation about your goals. Then I design a program to support your goals and needs, which will include physical practice, breathing exercises, meditation, and home activities meant to support you on your journey to wellness.
Group Yoga Sessions
Classes are small size and grouped based on members’ physical or medical limitations and goals. In this way, the level of customization and the benefits to those attending are increased.
Group classes are held at my home yoga studio in South Redondo Beach, CA.

The massage style is a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue with varying pressure intensity based on your needs and preferences.
